i presume all of us here are of the same age bracket or if not, thats not a problem though. lokalista would be a great channel for sharing our testimonies, stories, revelations about the goodness of god, reflections, realizations, etc. let's help one another through sharing and worshipping him through this.

i'll start.

I was born in a christian family. My family [including my grannie's] was real terrible when it comes to going to church and everything related to church activities and i tell you, i'm not so interested in it not until I met this deaconess. She was my angel because she showed and taught me who Jesus was though my mom kept on telling stories anout HIM when i was younger.Since then, i regularly attend sunday worship, joined junior activuities like camping, etc. Everytime i learned of new activities, i was soo excited. The kind of feeling that could never be described. So that's it.

when i entered highschool, i still attend meetings and worships but i know deep within me that my love for him was tested. I've been to rough roads just because of my hunger to follow him. When i became the president of our youth org, i have this deep feeling that i am on a mission. i don't know what mission is that but i know god has something in stored for me. Later before i was going to left my seat as the president, god showed me that mission and purpose. Indeed, i was happy because i had influenced one important soul-my friend. She saw my willingness and love for him that she too became a fanatic of him. yea!

when i entered college, my soul has been tested again. being the only probinsiyana in my circle of friends, and being close to my saviour, they humiliated me and laugh at my juorney with HIM. It bothers me but I stand firm on my conviction that i will follow him no matter what. Until now, god is testing my soul and my faith but i know everything has a purpose. Soon, he'll reveal his plans for my life.

i think no one can achieve "big" faith....

i think, fake faith-- if your doing lousy things just to get even or u keep on worshipping and saying things about god pero sa sirili mo hindi mo alam kung anu talaga ang gngawa mo. U believe but your not doing anything to make your faith grow and develop..
